Spectacular conversion from a traditional 18th century farm building forming part of the original farm steading. Lovely, extremely comfortable cottage.

Ground floor accommodation consists of a very large oak floored sitting/dining room with central two-sided log burning stove and three huge arched windows which face South making this room wonderfully light, a paved terrace can be reached through one of the arches. Fully equipped kitchen with French doors leading off to a patio area with BBQ. Cloakroom with WC.

Upstairs there are 3 twin bedrooms, 1 one with en suite shower/WC and zip and link bed. Excellent bathroom with feature power shower.

T.V./video with satellite TV, hi-fi, washer/drier, and microwave.
Oil fired central heating and hot water. Fuel and linen included in price.
Cot and high chair available on request.
