This is a delightful small cottage with sitting room-open fire; twin (or double) bedroom; new bathroom with electric shower, bath, basin and WC; small dining room and kitchen with cooker, microwave, washing machine etc. Entrance sun porch.

There is a spacious garden to one end of the property looking out to the Pentland Hills.

Satellite TV, oil-fired central heating and water, logs, towels and linen all included. Cot and high chair available.
