Ground floor accommodation consists of a sitting room with log burning stove and door to small enclosed back garden, fully equipped spacious kitchen/dining room with BBQ area just outside and 1 single bedroom.

Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, 1 with en-suite shower/WC and zip and link bed. There is also an additional bathroom with shower.

T.V./video with satellite TV, hi-fi, washer/drier, dishwasher, and microwave.
Oil fired central heating and hot water. Fuel and linen included in price.
Cot and high chair available on request.
